En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 247.2.1.º del Reglamento del Registro Mercantil, se hace público que en fecha 30 de abril de 2021, la Junta Extraordinaria de accionistas de "VIAJES SIENA, S.A.L con CIF A78779931, ha decidido proceder a la disolución y liquidación de la sociedad, nombrando liquidador a don Leonardo Martínez Antolín, con DNI 50149846-W, siendo coincidentes el inventario y el balance final de la liquidación, que ha sido aprobado en la citada Junta General y ha quedado establecido de la siguiente manera.
