En virtud de lo expuesto, dada la relevancia y complejidad del proceso que el Grupo Aerolíneas pretende encarar y ante la inexistencia de capacidades técnicas locales, los abajo firmantes entienden imperioso, a fin de asegurar la mayor concurrencia de oferentes calificados y alternativas comprables, extender el procedimiento de contratación a firmas del exterior.
