El Juzgado Federal con Competencia Electoral en el Distrito Santiago del Estero, a cargo del Dr. Guillermo Daniel Molinari, hace saber, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Art. 14 de la Ley Orgánica de los Partidos Políticos, 23.298, modif. por la Ley 26.571, que la agrupación política denominada MOVIMIENTO SOCIALISTA DE LOS
TRABAJADORES M.S.T. , se ha presentado ante ésta sede judicial iniciando el trámite de reobtención de personería política como partido de distrito, en los términos del Art 53, 1 parte de la Ley 23.298, modif. por la Ley 26.571, conforme Acta de fecha 22 de Mayo de 2.013.- Secretaría Electoral, 04 de Abril de 2.019.- Dr. Guillermo Daniel Molinari Juez - Dra.
