El Sr. Juez Federal con Competencia Electoral del Distrito Electoral Catamarca Dr. Miguel Angel Contreras, hace saber, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el art. 14 de la Ley Orgánica de los Partidos Políticos n 23.298, que la agrupación política MOVIMIENTO LIBRES DEL SUR ha presentado ante esta sede judicial iniciando el trámite de rehabilitación de la personalidad política como partido de Distrito en los términos del art. 7 de la Ley n23.298, bajo el nombre partidario, sigla, emblema y/o símbolo, que adoptó en fecha 06-02-19 Expte. nCNE
