Se advierte a los interesados que si no hubieren comparecido en el plazo señalado, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al vencimiento de dicho plazo, advirtiendo que se le tendrá por notificado de las sucesivas actuaciones y diligencias de dicho procedimiento, y se mantendrá el derecho que le asiste a comparecer en cualquier momento del mismo.
