LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY
ARTÍCULO 1.- Prorrógase, por el plazo de dos 2 años, la vigencia de la Ley Nº 13.666, a partir del 1 de Marzo del año 2.022, a los efectos de continuar con el estado de emergencia declarado, suspendiéndose la ejecución de sentencias, actos procesales o resoluciones administrativas, o de cualquier índole, cuyo objeto sea el desalojo o desocupación inmediata de tierras contempladas en el artículo 1 de la mencionada ley.
ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
