LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY:
ARTICULO 1º - Aféctase al Ministerio de Educación para ser destinado a la Escuela de Educación Técnica N 631 "Benjamín Gorostiaga" el terreno identicado como Lote N 1, Manzana N 39 del Plano N 85485 a nombre de la Empresa Provincial de la Energía bajo el dominio Tomo 200 I, Folio 1773, N 10.1126 del 19/09/1979, partida de Impuesto Inmobiliario N 094388/0001-4 ubicado en la ciudad de San Carlos Centro.
ARTICULO 2º - A los nes de la afectación dispuesta en el artículo precedente, el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial instrumentará las medidas que fueren necesarias.
ARTICULO 3º - Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
