LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY:
ARTICULO 1º - Apruébase el Acta de Compromiso suscripta el 18 de Abril de 2001, entre el Ministerio de Educación de la Nación representado por su entonces Titular, Licenciado Andrés Delich y el Ministerio de Educación de la Provincia de Santa Fe, representado por su Titular, Dr. Alejandro Rébola, incripto bajo Nº 1379 el 20 de Abril de 2001, al Folio 191, Tº III, en el Registro de Tratados, Convenios y Contratos Interjurisdiccionales, Decreto Nº 1767/84, Dirección de Técnica Legislativa y aprobada por Decreto Nº 3858 cuya copia en dos 2 fojas forma parte de la presente.
ARTICULO 2º - Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
VISTO:
La aprobación de la Ley que antecede Nro. 12.041 efectuada por la H. Legislatura;
DECRETA:
Promúlgase como Ley del Estado, insértese en el Registro General de Leyes con el sello ocial, publíquese en el Boletín Ocial, cúmplase por todos a quienes corresponde observarla y hacerla observar.
