VISTO:
El recurso de apelación jerárquica interpuesto por los apoderados legales de la señora María del Carmen Teresita Tentor de Garay contra la Resolución Nº 1.840/08 de la Caja de Jubilaciones y Pensiones de la Provincia; y CONSIDERANDO:
Que habiéndose interpuesto en legal tiempo y forma, el mismo procede ante la resolución del ente previsional que desestimó su pedido de reajuste de sus haberes previsionales por inclusión de la bonificación especial
