serán distribuidas hasta tanto no se cubran pérdidas de ejercicios anteriores.
De las ganancias se distribuirán: a 5% reserva legal hasta alcanzar el 20% del capital suscripto, b retribución a administradores, c reserva que resuelva constituir asamblea conforme a la ley, d el remanente dispondrá la asamblea distribuyéndolo entre los socios en proporción a su capital.
ARTICULO DECIMO OCTAVO: La sociedad se disuelve por cualquiera de las causales previstas en Art. 94 de la Ley de Sociedades.
ARTICULO DECIMO NOVENO: Disuelta la sociedad la liquidación será de acuerdo a la Ley 19.550 y sus modificatorias.
