LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1.- Aprobar las Resoluciones N110 y de la 141 a la 155 /22-P.HL., dictadas por la Presidencia de esta Honorable Legislatura adreferéndum de la H. Cámara.
Artículo 2.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.

RESOLUCIÓN Nº 047/22-HL.
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1.- Conceder la prórroga solicitada por la Secretaría General de Pesca de la Provincia, por el plazo de cinco 5 días, para dar respuesta al pedido de informe solicitado por Resolución N036/22-HL., referida a la copia de los contratos y adendas firmadas por la Provincia de Chubut con la empresa Red Chambers SA. Sobre los buques de propiedad de Alpesca S.A y la Planta de Procesamiento.
Artículo 2.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.

RESOLUCIÓN Nº 048 /22-HL.
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1.- Conceder la prórroga solicitada por la Secretaría General de Pesca de la Provincia, por el plazo de cinco 5 días, para dar respuesta al pedido de informe solicitado por Resolución N037/22-HL., referida al envío de las Resoluciones emitidas por dicha Secretaría durante los años 2019, 2020, 2021 y hasta el presente.
Artículo 2.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.
Artículo 1º.- Declarar de interés legislativo el Proyecto de Ley Nacional de respuesta integral al VIH, Hepatitis Virales, otras infecciones de transmisión sexual ITS y Tuberculosis TBC, presentado en la Honorable Cámara de Diputados de la Nación.
Artículo 2º.- Acompañar en todas sus formas al Proyecto de Ley nacional de respuesta integral al VIH, Hepatitis Virales, otras infecciones de transmisión sexual ITS y tuberculosis TBC, presentado en la Honorable Cámara de Diputados de la Nación.
Artículo 3º.- Remitir a la Cámara de Diputados del Congreso de la Nación, el respaldo al presente Proyecto de Ley Nacional de respuesta integral al VIH, Hepatitis Virales, otras infecciones de transmisión sexual ITS y tuberculosis TBC.
Artículo 4 º.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.
