PROVINCIA DE CHUBUT, LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN
DEL LOGOTIPO DE DISCAPACIDAD SÍMBOLO
INTERNACIONAL DE ACCESIBILIDAD UNIVERSAL
LEY I Nº 700
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE LEY
comunes, indicando la prioridad y accesibilidad a personas con discapacidad.
Artículo 3º.- El Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, a través de la Dirección Provincial de Atención Integral de la Discapacidad, será el responsable de llevar adelante la promoción, difusión, concientización, monitoreo y seguimiento de la utilización del Símbolo Internacional de Accesibilidad Universal.
Artículo 4º.- Invitase a todos los municipios y comunas rurales de la Provincia del Chubut a adherirse a la presente Ley.
Artículo 5.- LEY GENERAL. Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

LOS TRES DÍAS DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE DOS MIL
VEINTE.

Artículo 1º.- Instituir en todo el territorio de la Provincia de Chubut, la implementación del logotipo de discapacidad Símbolo Internacional de Accesibilidad Universal creado por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, conforme al gráfico del Anexo I que forma parte integrante de la presente Ley.
Artículo 2º.- Los Organismos Públicos y Privados deberán implementar el logotipo en todos los espacios
