LEY PROVINCIAL
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY
VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que por imperio de lo prescripto por el artículo 142 de la Constitución Provincial ha quedado promulgado el proyecto de Ley sancionado por la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut el día 22 de agosto de 2019, vetado por este Poder Ejecutivo mediante Decreto Nº 986/19 e insistido en su sanción el 05 de septiembre del 2019, por la cual se deroga el Decreto Nº 892/12 de convocatoria a elecciones del Instituto de Seguridad Social y Seguros.
Artículo 1º.- Derógase el Decreto Nº 892/19 dictado por el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, Artículo 2.- LEY GENERAL. Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

Téngase por Ley de la Provincia: XVIII 102
Cúmplase, comuníquese y publíquese en el Boletín Oficial.

POR RESOLUCIÓN N 179/19-HL, A LOS CINCO
DÍAS DEL MES DE SEPTIEMBRE DE DOS MIL DIECINUEVE SE RECHAZA EL VETO TOTAL DISPUESTO POR
DECRETO N 986/19 DEL PODER EJECUTIVO PROVINCIAL Y SE INSISTE EN LA SANCIÓN DE ACUERDO CON
LO DETERMINADO EN EL ARTÍCULO 142 DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN PROVINCIAL.
