RESTABLECIMIENTO DE DERECHOS
INTENCIÓN DE DESESTIMAR EL RESTABLECIMIENTO DE DERECHOS ART. 71.5

Conforme al artículo 71.5 del Reglamento de Ejecución de la Ley de Patentes, se comunica la intención de desestimar las siguientes solicitudes de restablecimiento de derechos y la concesión al peticionario de un plazo adicional de diez días para formular las observaciones oportunas.
