CESIONES
DEFECTOS EN LA SOLICITUD DE INSCRIPCIÓN DE CESIÓN ART. 82.2 RP
Conforme al artículo 82.2 del Reglamento de Ejecución de la Ley de Patentes, el solicitante dispone de un plazo de dos meses para subsanar los defectos o efectuar las alegaciones oportunas, indicándole que si así no lo hiciera se procederá a la denegación de la solicitud.
