EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE SANCIONA CON
FUERZA DE O R D E N A N Z A
Artículo 1º: RECONOCIMIENTO de la Posesión efectiva y de Utilidad Pública que prestaba y presta esta fracción de tierra por el término de Ley.-

02, Nomenclatura Catastral C1 S1 M 51; N de Cuenta no posee.-
Artículo 2º: AUTORIZASE al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a tomar todas las medidas pertinentes para la confección del Plano de Mensura de Posesión para la Prescripción Administrativa del inmueble designado como MANZANA MUNICIPAL 52, MANZANA PROVINCIAL 27, PARCELA
02, Nomenclatura Catastral C1 S2 M 27; Cuenta N 1801-0332016/8.-
Artículo 3º: ORDENASE al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a tomar todas las medidas pertinentes para la Escrituración o Inscripción Administrativa en el Registro General de la Propiedad del inmueble ut supra mencionado y descripto.-
