VISTO: La adenda con fecha 17 de agosto de 2022, recibida desde el Ministerio de Promoción del Empleo y de la Economía Familiar, correspondiente al PROGRAMA 10.000 VIVIENDAS, LINEA VIVIENDA SEMILLA
MUNICIPIOS SEGUNDA ETAPA.
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que la adenda firmada debe ratificarse por el Concejo Deliberante de la Ciudad de Villa del Rosario.

ARTÍCULO 1.- RATIFICASE la ADENDA al Convenio de Financiamiento para la Construcción de Viviendas, celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Villa del Rosario y el Ministerio de Promoción del Empleo y de la Economía Familiar de la Provincia de Córdoba, en el marco del Programa 10000 Viviendas Línea Vivienda Semilla Municipios, creado por Decreto N373/22 y modificatorios del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, celebrado con fecha 18 de Julio del año 2022, con el objetivo de disminuir el déficit habitacional de las familias más vulnerables que se encuentren ubicados en la localidad de Villa del Rosario, ofreciéndoles la oportunidad de acceder a la vivienda social, con esfuerzo propio y ayuda mutua y/o con la colaboración
