MUNICIPALIDAD DE

DECRETO N 043/2021
POR ELLO:
VISTO: La ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL N 044/2018, con fecha 20 de Marzo de 2018;
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE CARRILOBO en uso de sus facultades DECRETA
CONSIDERANDO:
Que, la situación financiera de la Municipalidad permite incrementar la remuneración del Secretario de Gobierno y Hacienda en un VEINTE POR
CIENTO 20% para el mes de abril de 2021;
Que, el sueldo del Secretario de Gobierno y Hacienda y el del Intendente se vieron afectado por la Ordenanza Municipal N 044/2018, en donde se congelaron los incrementos salariales durante todo el año 2018;
Que, es necesario actualizar la remuneración anteriormente mencionada;
Que, mediante ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL N 019/2020, art 3, con fecha 30 de noviembre de 2020, el DEM tiene la facultad de fijar las remuneraciones para las Autoridades Superiores y todo el Personal Municipal;
Art. 1.- INCREMENTAR a partir del 1 de Abril de 2021 en un 20%
VEINTE POR
CIENTO la remuneración del Secretario de Gobierno y Hacienda de esta Municipalidad.-
