ARTICULO 1 Convalidar lo actuado por el D.E.M. a través del señor Asesor Letrado, en la causa Judicial Agro Aceitera Córdoba S.A. c/
Municipalidad de Santa Catalina-Holmberg Plena Jurisdicción Expte.9668043, otorgando al establecimiento comercial ubicado en calle San Juan Nº 526/550 de esta localidad, identificado con el número de expediente de comercio A302, a nombre de Agro Aceitera Córdoba S.A.
C.U.I.T. Nº 30-70817678-4, habilitación comercial hasta el día 4 de diciembre de 2022.-.
ARTICULO 2 Agregar a esta Ordenanza como formando parte de la misma los instrumentos denominados ANEXO I y Anexo II citados en los
