Carrilobo Cba., 12 de Agosto de 2020
VISTO: La Ordenanza N 012/2020 de fecha 11 de Agosto de 2020, sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Carrilobo;
CONSIDERANDO:
Que, la misma es meritoria al ordenamiento establecido en los Art. 197
de la Ley N 8.102;
POR ELLO:
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE CARRILOBO EN USO DE SUS
FACULTADES DECRETA
BOLETIN OFICIAL DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA
Art. 1.- PROMULGUESE la Ordenanza N 012/2020 sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Carrilobo mediante la cual se prohíbe arrojar agua en la vía pública dentro del radio municipal, exceptuando los días martes y sábado de cada semana sin restricción horaria. Art. 2.- COMUNIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, DESE AL REGISTRO MUNICIPAL Y ARCHIVESE.FDO: DANIEL O. TAPPERO-Intendente Municipalidad de Carrilobo, HECTOR J.
