VISTO: El Expediente N 2018-2009-1 Dirección de Personal, registro de esta Municipalidad, por el cual el señor CURIQUEO, LUIS OSCAR DNI N
10.054.875, presenta su renuncia al cargo que ocupa como agente municipal de planta permanente por haberse acogido al Régimen Jubilatorio Nacional.
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que se otorga al agente municipal de planta permanente CURIQUEO, LUIS OSCAR DNI N 10.054.875, Clase 1951, Legajo Nº 1487, la Jubilación Ordinaria Nacional.
Que en razón de habérsele acordado el beneficio antes mencionado, corresponde dar de baja al agente en forma definitiva en los términos establecidos en la precitada.
Que conforme lo diligenciado y en uso de atribuciones conferidas por Ley Provincial N 8102 - Orgánica Municipal el señor Intendente Municipal, D E C R ETA
Artículo 1.- DÉSE DE BAJA, en forma definitiva, al agente municipal de planta permanente CURIQUEO, LUIS OSCAR DNI N 10.054.875, Clase 1951, Legajo Nº 1487, quién revista en este Municipio en el Escalafón Administrativo, Categoría 9, a partir del 01/10/2018, por acogerse a los beneficios de la JUBILACIÓN ORDINARIA NACIONAL.
