Policial y Penitenciario, RESUELVE: Artículo 1º: DESESTIMAR el Recurso de Reconsideración y jerárquico en subsidio interpuesto por el SUBCOMISARIO MARTIN EXEQUIEL BARNARD D.N.I N 26.974.416; por resultar sustancialmente improcedente, confirmando en consecuencia la sanción de BAJA POR CESANTIA impuesta a través de Resolución A Nº 70/22, emanada del T.C.P y P.
