NOTIFICACIÓN DE INFORME DE CIERRE.-
TRIBUNAL DE CONDUCTA POLICIAL Y PENITENCIARIO;
EXPEDIENTE N 1023821;
Córdoba, 27 de Diciembre de 2019. Se le hace saber a Ud., y se lo notifica de lo previsto por el artículo 72º del R.R.D.P. Anexo A del Decreto Nº 1753/03 y modif., córrase VISTA del Informe de Cierre del Sumario Administrativo N 1017995, al imputado para que en el término de 05 días hábiles administrativos, proceda conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 46º del citado cuerpo normativo. Por todo lo expuesto, estimando concluida la investigación, de la que surge mérito administrativo suficiente para tener por acreditada la existencia material del hecho y la participación responsable del Agente Luna Enrique Nicolás, M.I N 28.995.761 en el mismo, es opinión de la Suscripta que debiera dictarse una RESOLUCIÓN CONDENATORIA, por infracción al Art. 15 Incs. 19 y 27 del Decreto N 1753/03
y modif. R.R.D.P., y de conformidad a lo previsto en el artículo 15, párrafo 1º; artículo 8 inc. 1, artículo 10 inc. 2 del R.R.D.P. Resolución Nº 351/19.
RESOLUCIÓN B N 59/19.-En el marco de las Actuaciones Sumariales Administrativas identificadas como EXPEDIENTE N 1023821; el TRIBUNAL DE CONDUCTA POLICIAL Y PENITENCIARIO; resuelve: Artículo 1º:DESESTIMAR el Recurso de Reconsideración interpuesto por el AGENTE
RAMON MARIO MOYANO, D.N.I. N 31.138.983; por resultar sustancialmente improcedente, confirmando en consecuencia la sanción oportunamente impuesta BAJA POR CESANTÍA, impuesta a través de Resolución A N 204/19, emanada del T.C.P.y P..-Artículo 2: PROTOCOLÍCESE, notifíquese, comuníquese y archívese cuando corresponda.
