TRIBUNAL DE CONDUCTA POLICIAL Y PENITENCIARIO
EXPEDIENTE N 1022455; RESOLUCIÓN A N 99/19.- En el marco de las Actuaciones Sumariales Administrativas identificadas como Expediente N 1022455, el Tribunal de Conducta Policial y Penitenciario, Resuelve: Artículo 1º: DISPONER la BAJA POR CESANTIA del CABO
PRIMERO CRISTIAN DAVID OÑATE LOPEZ, DNI N 33.832.482, por su participación responsable en el hecho acreditado, que encuadra en
faltas de naturaleza Gravísima, previstas en el artículo 15 incisos 19
y 27 del Régimen Disciplinario Policial, Decreto N 1753/03, sin que se verifiquen circunstancias atenuantes.- Artículo 2º: PROTOCOLÍCESE, notifíquese a las partes y a la Dirección General de Recursos Humanos comuníquese y archívese cuando corresponda.---- Fdo.
