Córdoba, 17 de abril de 2020
VISTO: La Subasta Electrónica Inversa N000040/2020 tramitada mediante Expediente Nº 0425-394598/2020, para la contratación del Servicio Integral de Lavado de Ropa en las instalaciones del Hospital destinada a los Hospitales de Capital e Interior dependientes del Ministerio de Salud del Gobierno de la Provincia de Córdoba.
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que el artículo 27, inciso a de la Ley Nº 10.155 confiere al Organismo Contratante la facultad de dejar sin efecto un procedimiento de selección de contratista en cualquier momento, previo al perfeccionamiento del contrato respectivo, sin que ello dé lugar a indemnización alguna.
Que en las actuaciones de la referencia no media perfeccionamiento de contrato administrativo ni intervención del Tribunal de Cuentas de la Provincia de Córdoba.

Que en este procedimiento resulta necesario y oportuno formular modificaciones en las condiciones de contratación; por ello:
EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DE COMPRAS Y CONTRATACIONES
DEL MINISTERIO DE SALUD
RESUELVE:
Artículo 1º: DEJÁSE sin efecto la Subasta Electrónica Inversa N
000040/2020 en un todo de acuerdo a los vistos y considerandos mencionados en la presente Resolución.
Artículo 2º: PUBLÍQUESE en el Portal de Compras Públicas y en el Boletín Oficial, protocolícese y archívese.
