VISTO: El Expediente Nº 197274/2021, donde obran actuaciones referidas al LLAMADO A CONCURSO PRIVADO
PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE MATERIALES ELÉCTRICOS
DESTINADOS A LA ILUMINACIÓN DE CALLE NILO ENTRE
BRASIL Y CALLE PÚBLICA EN BARRIO MIGUEL MUÑÓZ B Y
EN CALLE BAUDELAIRE ESQUINA GOUNOD EN BARRIO
COLINAS; y CONSIDERANDO: Que llevado a cabo el acto de apertura, cuyas actuaciones se encuentran labradas en Acta Nº 105/21 del protocolo de Oficialía Mayor, que corre agregada a fs. 82 del citado expediente, se presentaron tres oferentes, a saber: LOS
MOLINOS S.R.L.; ECENTRO SA e INGENIAR SA.Que giradas las actuaciones a Asesoría Letrada, esta mediante Dictamen Nº 63/2021 de fs. 84 manifiesta: que se cumplieron con los recaudos formales para proseguir con el curso de estas actuaciones.Que la Comisión de Adjudicación, en informe obrante a fs.87;
fs.88 y fs.89, sugiere adjudicar a la firma LOS MOLINOS S.R.L
los ítems: 04; 09; 10; 14 y 17, correspondientes al ANEXO I y los ítems: 09; 13; 17; 18; 20 y 21, correspondientes al ANEXO II por la suma total de PESOS SETECIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES MIL
TRESCIENTOS NOVENTA Y UNO CON NOVENTA Y OCHO
CENTAVOS $783.391,98.- IVA INCLUIDO, según su oferta obrante a fs. 33 y fs. 34; a la firma ECENTRO SA los ítems: 01;

Artículo 1º.- APROBAR todo lo actuado en el Expediente Nº 197274/2021, relativo a LLAMADO A CONCURSO PRIVADO
PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE MATERIALES ELÉCTRICOS
DESTINADOS A LA ILUMINACIÓN DE CALLE NILO ENTRE
BRASIL Y CALLE PÚBLICA EN BARRIO MIGUEL MUÑÓZ B Y

COLINAS en un todo de acuerdo a los Considerandos del presente.Artículo 2º.- ADJUDICAR el Concurso aludido en el artículo anterior según lo siguiente: a la firma LOS MOLINOS S.R.L los ítems: 04; 09; 10; 14 y 17, correspondientes al ANEXO I y los ítems: 09; 13; 17; 18; 20 y 21, correspondientes al ANEXO II por la suma total de PESOS SETECIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES MIL
