Art. 3. DISPONER que el benecio de las bonicaciones referidas está condicionado al pago en término de las obligaciones tributarias de acuerdo al Calendario de Vencimientos de Pagos - 2022. En caso de pago posterior al vencimiento de Ia obligacion tributaria el contribuyente deberá abonar Ia misma sin el benecio de las bonicaciones. El benecio establecido en el Art.12, no alcanza a los contribuyentes que registran deudas por periodos vencidos y/o cuotas vencidas e impagas de Planes de Pago en Cuotas vigentes.
Art. 4. TOMAR CONOCIMIENTO Ia SecretarIa de Hacienda y Finanzas Dirección General de Procesos y Desarrollos Informáticos, Ia Dirección General Fiscalización Tributaria y Cobranzas Dirección Fiscalización Tributaria.
Art. 5. DAR al Registro Municipal de Resofuciones, cúmplase, hágase saber y oportunamente archívese.
