18.912- y sus modicatorias, el Instituto Nacional de Servicios Sociales para Jubilaciones y Pensiones -Ley 19032 y modicatorias-, el Instituto Obra Medico Asistencial IOMA -Ley 6.982 y modicatorias-, Nomenclador de prestaciones Básicas para Personas con Discapacidad -Ley N 24.901".
ARTÍCULO 7: Derógase el Capítulo XXIII "VARIOS", de la Ordenanza 34397 y modificatorias T.O. Dto. 2058/21.
ARTÍCULO 8: Modifícase los Anexos I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII y XIX de la Ordenanza 34397 y modificatorias T.O. Dto. 2058/21, en los términos de los agregados a la presente Ordenanza.
ARTÍCULO 9: Elimínase el Anexo VII bis y XX de la Ordenanza 34397 y modificatorias T.O. Dto. 2058/21.
ARTÍCULO 10: La presente Ordenanza entrará en vigencia a partir del 1 de enero de 2022.
ARTÍCULO 11: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo.
