DECRETO 27 / 2024 DECRETO / 2024-01-05
DECRETO N 27/4 MDS, del 05/01/2024.
VISTO el Decreto N 10/4 MDS del 03/01/2024, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que por el Artículo 1 del citado Decreto se designó como personal temporario del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social - UO N 826, con una remuneración equivalente a la categoría 18, entre otros, a Francisco Daniel Villa, DNI N 29.650.863.
Que por error involuntario, no se consignó correctamente el nombre del señor Villa.
Que se estima procedente dictar la medida administrativa pertinente.
Por ello, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1: Rectifícase el Artículo 1 del Decreto N 10/4 MDS del 03/01/2024, únicamente donde dice "Francisco Daniel Villa", debe decir "Franco Daniel Villa", quedando firmes las demás partes integrantes de dicho Decreto.
ARTICULO 2: El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Desarrollo Social.
ARTICULO 3: Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
