POR 3 DIAS - Se hace saber que por ante este Juzgado en lo Civil en Familia y Sucesiones I Nom., Centro Judicial Concepcion, Juez a cargo DR. JOSE RUBEN SALE, Secretaría a cargo de Dra. Guadalupe González Corroto / Dra. Daiana Guadalupe Rodriguez / Dr. Sergio Ariel Pedraza, se tramitan los autos caratulados: "GAUNA
CARLOS BENITO s/ SUCESION - Expte. N 1591/19, en los cuales se ha dictado la providencia que a continuación se transcribe: "CONCEPCIÓN, 01 de Diciembre de 2020. I.- Téngase presente lo dictaminado por el Sr. Fiscal Civil en fecha 18/11/2020, que se expide por la procedencia de la apertura de la sucesión de CARLOS BENITO GAUNA.- II.- Estando acreditado el fallecimiento del causante CARLOS BENITO GAUNA, DNI: 6.999.296, con Acta de Defunción y Matrimonio agregadas en fecha 23/06/2020, como asi también, el interés jurídico invocado por la peticionante y conforme lo dispuesto en los arts. 628 y 629 del C.P.C. y C.;
Declárese la apertura del juicio sucesorio de CARLOS BENITO GAUNA, DNI:
