ARTICULO 2.- La Asistencia Financiera otorgada por el Artículo 1 del presente instrumento legal, será canalizada a través de la Cuenta Fiduciaria de la Municipalidad de Concepción.
ARTICULO 3.- Déjase establecido que la Contaduría General de la Provincia deberá registrar el neto resultante entre fondos puestos a disposición y las devoluciones por cualquier concepto, conforme lo establece la Ley N 8825.
ARTICULO 4.- El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Economía y firmado por el señor Secretario de Estado de Hacienda.
ARTICULO 5.- Dese al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
