ARTICULO 2.- Dispónese que la Dirección de Personal del Ministerio de Educación, será la encargada de supervisar las medidas conducentes a cumplimiento de lo dispuesto.
ARTICULO 3.- El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Educación y firmado por la señora Secretaria de Estado de Gestión Educativa.
ARTICULO 4.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
