DECRETO 17 / 2019 DECRETO / 2019-10-29
DECRETO N 17/1, del 29/10/2019.VISTO, que se encuentra vacante el cargo de Secretario de Estado de Deportes, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que corresponde proceder a su cobertura dictando el pertinente acto administrativo.
Por ello, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Nómbrase en el cargo de Secretario de Estado de Deportes, al Prof.
José René BANEGAS, D.N.I. N 11.475.111.
ARTICULO 2.- Fíjase el día de la fecha para que el designado tome posesión del cargo con las formalidades de práctica.
ARTICULO 3.- El presente decreto será refrendado por la señora Ministra de Gobierno y Justicia.
ARTICULO 4.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
