8.060.210 agente dependiente del Instituto Provincial de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano, en contra de la Resolución N 1.699 de fecha 11 de julio de 2.000 y su confirmatoria N 2.196 de fecha 31 de agosto de 2.000 ambas dictadas por el ente citado, confirmándose las citadas Resoluciones en todos sus términos.
