DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
Artículo 20º: En situaciones especiales y en forma excepcional el Director General de Atención y Servicios al Contribuyente, el jefe de Departamento de Atención al Público o los titulares de las Delegaciones del interior de la Provincia y de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires podrán autorizar el no cumplimiento del requisito establecido en el Artículo 4º primer párrafo del presente Anexo, referido al Débito con Tarjeta de Crédito o Débito Automático Bancario.
