10. El cruzamiento de la tubería desde la toma n.º 1 deberá realizarse sin el hormigonado del lecho del cauce, debiéndose retirar y sustituir por material extraído de la excavación o escollera, sin afectar a la dinámica fluvial ni alterar la naturalidad del cauce.
