HAGO SABER: Que en este Juzgado se sigue Juicio sobre delitos leves LEV
001579/2018 siendo las partes en el presente procedimiento, FERROCARRILS DE LA
GENERALITAT VALENCIANA y ONDREJ KOSTECKY , habiéndose dictado SENTENCIA, en fecha 20/05/2019 .
JUZGADO DONDE LOS INTERESADOS PUEDEN TENER CONOCIMIENTO DEL
CONTENIDO INTEGRO DE LA RESOLUCION:

RECURSO QUE CABE: La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer RECURSO DE APELACION, ante este Juzgado, por escrito en la forma establecida en el artículo 795 de la LECRIM, dentro de los CINCO DIAS siguientes al de su notificación, durante los cuales quedaran los Autos en secretaría a disposición de las partes, siendo competente para su conocimiento y resolución la ILMA
AUDIENCIA PROVINCIAL DE ALICANTE.Y encontrándose ONDREJ KOSTECKY, en ignorado paradero, se expide el presente a fin que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo conforme a lo previsto en la INSTRUCCION 6/2012 DE LA SECRETARIA GENERAL DE LA ADMON. DE
