DON FRANCISCO JAVIER IZQUIERDO MARTINEZ DE JUZGADO DE PRIMERA
INSTANCIA Nº 13 DE ALICANTE.
En el presente procedimiento de DIVORCIO NÚM. 3/18, seguido a instancia de CLAUDIA LUCIA OSANO MARTINEZ frente a MARCELO FRODELLA ROLDAN se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo ENCABEZAMIENTO y FALLO son del tenor literal siguiente:
SENTENCIA NÚM. 63/18
En Alicante, a 19de Diciembre de 2018.
Visto por mí, Francisco Javier Izquierdo Martínez Magistrado Juez titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número 13 de los de Alicante y su partido el Procedimiento de Divorcio contencioso 3/2018entablado por DÑA. CLAUDIA
LUCÍA OSANO MARTÍNEZrepresentada por Dña. Rosario Marcos Filiu, Procuradora de los Tribunales, y asistidapor el Letrado D. Rubén Carrasco Pérez frente a D. MARCELO FRODELLA ROLDÁNen REBELDÍA, y sin asistencia letrada ni representación procesal, y NO HABIENDO INTERVENIDO
EL MINISTERIO FISCAL, procede dictar la presente Sentencia sobre la base de los siguientes FALLO
Que estimando íntegramente la demanda, debo declarar y declaro LA
DISOLUCIÓN POR DIVORCIO del matrimonio formado por los cónyuges DÑA.
CLAUDIA LUCÍA OSANO MARTÍNEZ y D. MARCELO FRODELLA ROLDÁN,y todo ello sin hacer expresa imposición de costas.
NOTIFÍQUESE A LAS PARTES LA PRESENTE RESOLUCIÓN
advirtiéndoles que no es firme, y que contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de APELACIÓN.
FIRME QUE SEA LA PRESENTE RESOLUCIÓN, REMÍTASE COPIA
TESTIMONIADA DE LA PRESENTE RESOLUCIÓN AL REGISTRO CIVIL
CENTRAL, y ello a los efectos oportunos.
