Se ha solicitado la devolución de fianza que para garantizar su cargo de notario tenía constituida don Antonio Álvarez Hernández, el cual sirvió en la notaria de Olmedo, Tordesillas, Ponferrada, Palencia y Valladolid Colegio Notarial de Castilla y León, Tarrasa Colegio Notarial de Cataluña y Leganés y Madrid-Pueblo Nuevo Colegio Notarial de Madrid.
Lo que se pone en conocimiento conforme determina el artículo 33 del Reglamento Notarial, para que en su caso y dentro del plazo de un mes, se puedan formular las oportunas reclamaciones ante la Junta Directiva de este Colegio Notarial.
