Se ha solicitado la devolución de fianza que para garantizar su cargo de notario tenía constituida D. Eduardo Torralba Arranz, el cual sirvió en la notaria de Guadalcanal Colegio Notarial de Andalucía, Llerena Colegio Notarial de Extremadura, Madridejos Colegio Notarial de Castilla-La Mancha, Vitoria Colegio Notarial del País Vasco y Getafe Colegio Notarial de Madrid.
Lo que se pone en conocimiento conforme determina el artículo 33 del Reglamento Notarial, para que, en su caso, y dentro del plazo de un mes, se puedan formular las oportunas reclamaciones ante la Junta Directiva de este Colegio Notarial.
