c. Se procederá a la transferencia del paciente para comenzar el permiso de salida y cumplir el deseo.
d. Una vez finalizado, la Fundación Ambulancia del Último Deseo retornará al paciente a la unidad donde lo recogió. Se realizará la transferencia de información sobre el estado de salud del paciente, incidencias o tratamientos necesarios.
