NOTA INFORMATIVA. En aplicación de lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, el Órgano de Secretaría Técnica de la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Santander, ha resuelto, con carácter general, delegar la firma de notificaciones de acuerdos y Resoluciones en los titulares de las distintas unidades administrativas.
