Decreto 2/2023, de 18 de marzo, por el que se nombra Consejera de Obras Públicas, Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo.
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 17.2 y 18.3, del Estatuto de Autonomía para Cantabria y en el 12.e y 32.1, de la Ley de Cantabria 5/2018, de 22 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico del Gobierno, de la Administración y del Sector Público Institucional de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, vengo a nombrar Consejera de Obras Públicas, Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, a doña Jezabel Morán Lamadrid.
