Segundo. Efectos La presente Resolución surtirá efectos desde las 00.00 horas del día 17 de junio de 2021.
Tercero. Recursos.
Contra la presente Resolución podrá interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Sanidad, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de Cantabria, o directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cantabria.
