Asimismo, se significa que, en caso de interponer recurso de reposición, no se podrá interponer recurso contenciosoadministrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido la desestimación presunta del mismo, como establece el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.
Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, se podrá ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que se estime procedente.
