CIRCULAR ACLARATORIA II
SE NOTIFICA A TODOS LOS OFERENTES QUE LOS LLAMADOS A LICITACIÓN PUBLICA QUE
REALIZARÁ ESTE MINISTERIO PUBLICO FISCAL, SE HARÁN EN LAS FECHAS PREVISTAS CON
LAS RESTRICCIONES DE PRESENCIA DE PUBLICO PERTINENTES, SEGÚN LO DISPUESTO EN EL
DECRETO PROVINCIAL N 359/2020, N401/2020 Y RESOLUCIÓN DE PROCURACIÓN GENERAL
N44/2020.
DECRETO 401/2020
Dispone en su art 2:
d Suspender por un plazo de noventa 90 días corridos, prorrogable por otro plazo igual las licitaciones y concursos en trámite para la celebración de contratos comprendidos por su objeto en los alcances de las Leyes Nros. 8706 y 4416 y sus modificatorias o regímenes particulares de contratación.
