Encontrándose de regreso en la Provincia el Señor Gobernador, EL
PRESIDENTE PROVISIONAL DEL SENADO
EN EJERCICIO DEL PODER EJECUTIVO
DECRETA:
Artículo 1º - Queda nuevamente a cargo del Poder Ejecutivo el Gobernador de la Provincia, LIC.
ALFREDO VICTOR CORNEJO, a partir del día 14 de agosto de 2019 desde las 19:00 horas.
Artículo 2º - Comuníquese, publíquese, dese al Registro Oficial y archívese.

Debiendo ausentarse de la Provincia el Sr. Gobernador, Lic. ALFREDO VICTOR CORNEJO y de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Artículo 116 de la Constitución de la Provincia de Mendoza, EL

DECRETA:
Artículo 1º- Queda en ejercicio del Poder Ejecutivo, el Presidente Provisional del Senado, Dr. JUAN
CARLOS JALIFF, a partir del día 20 de de agosto de 2019 desde las 01:00 horas.
Artículo 2º- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese al Registro Oficial y archívese.
