174 DE LA LEY DE AMPARO EN VIGOR MEDIANTE RESOLUTIVO PRIMERO SE NIEGA LA
SUSPENSIÓN DEFINITIVA SOLICITADA TODA VEZ QUE POR SI MISMA NO LE IRROGA UN
PERJUICIO SUSCEPTIBLE DE SUSPENSIÓN AL QUEJOSO PUES EN SU CASO SERÁN LOS
EFECTOS Y CONSECUENCIAS DERIVADAS DE DICHA RESOLUCIÓN LO QUE DEBERÁ SER EL
OBJETO DEL ANÁLISIS PARA DETERMINAR LA SUSPENSIÓN QUE SOLICITA EL PETICIONARIO
DE AMPARO. RESOLUTIVO SEGUNDO SE CONCEDE LA SUSPENSIÓN DEFINITIVA
SOLICITADA HASTA EL TANTO SE DICTE SENTENCIA EN EL JUICIO DE AMPARO DEL QUE SE
DERIVA EL PRESENTE INCIDENTE DE SUSPENSIÓN.
