NOTIFICA A LAS PARTES, EL ACUERDO DE FECHA SEIS DE AGOSTO DEL AÑO DOS MIL
VEINTE, EN EL QUE SE TOMA CONOCIMIENTO QUE LA AUTORIDAD FEDERAL RESUELVE
PRIMERO QUE LA JUSTICIA DE LA UNIÓN AMPARA Y PROTEGE A SERVICIOS
PROFESIONALES A RESTAURANTES ESTILO CALIFORNIA, S.A. DE C.V., SEGUNDO DESE
CUMPLIMIENTO AL CONSIDERANDO SEXTO DE LA PRESENTE RESOLUCIÓN, POR LO QUE SE
DEJA INSUBSISTENTE EL ALUDO RECLAMADO Y TODO LO ACTUADO EN EL JUICIO NATURAL, A PARTIR DEL EMPLAZAMIENTO RECLAMADO Y AL EFECTO DISPONGA SE VERIFIQUE
NUEVAMENTE EL LLAMAMIENTO A LA DEMANDADA AQUÍ QUEJOSA AL JUICIO LABORAL.
