CONVOCATORIA
En virtud de que la C. MARÍA DE LOURDES AGOSTO ROSADO, solicita ser declarada como beneficiaria de los derechos adquiridos por el trabajador fallecido que en vida llevó el nombre de JUAN CARLOS ORTEGA HERNÁNDEZ, con fundamento por lo dispuesto en los artículos 115 y 503 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo se:--------------------------------------------
CONVOCA
A todas las personas que tengan derecho o crean ser beneficiarias del trabajador fallecido JUAN CARLOS ORTEGA
HERNÁNDEZ, quien prestaba sus servicios GRUPO LOGÍSTICO DE SOLUCIONES EMPRESARIALES, S.A. DE C.V.
Y/O ARMANDO VELÁZQUEZ ESPINOSA Y/O QUIEN RESULTE RESPONSABLE O PROPIETARIO DE LA FUENTE
DE TRABAJO, ubicado en: JOSÉ SIXTO VERDUZCO 104, SAN FELIPE TLALMIMILOLPAN, TOLUCA, ESTADO DE
MEXICO C.P. 50261, para que una vez que sea publicada la presente en un término de TREINTA DÍAS, comparezcan ante esta Junta Especial Número Cinco de la Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje del Valle de Toluca, sito en RAFAEL M.
HIDALGO NUMERO 301, SEGUNDO PISO, ESQUINA CON IGNACIO LÓPEZ RAYÓN, COLONIA CUAUHTÉMOC, C.P.
50130, TOLUCA ESTADO DE MÉXICO, a deducir sus derechos, comisionando al C. Actuario para que sea fijada la convocatoria, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley Federal del Trabajo.--------------------------------------------------------------------
Se señalaron las NUEVE HORAS CON QUINCE MINUTOS DEL DÍA VEINTIUNO DE ENERO DEL AÑO DOS MIL VENTE
